Youtube received a DMCA take down notice from Warner.

The LEGAL way to address the issue would have been to fill out the appeal form on Youtube,

But oh no, it&#039;s all legal schmegal to the ones who care not that they may have broken the law according to Warner who is entrusted with protecting that copyright.  Warner if it filed the DMCA complaint wrongly would be liable for all costs involved.  If they are so cock sure of themselves that the video is fair use, I suggest they prove it with filing an appeal.

Double dare them.  Or is going about this the legal way beneath them?</description>
